What is "Viverein":

"Viverein” a new concept of well-being sought after by companies and operators committed to the efficiency of services and the quality of well-being, the only international meeting intended as a privileged and advanced seat for debates between scholars, operators, university, Administrations and Companies. Resolute objectives for today’s world deeply transformed by strong competitive processes. The appointment is in Ischia a world-wide known thermal resort famous for its curative mineral thermal waters since the earliest times. Also this second edition will be held, from 25th to 27th of September 2009. amid the splendid scenery of the “Castiglione” Thermal Park to promote meetings and special enterprises with illustrious guest and leading personalities in art, science, nutrition, sport, entertainment, medicine (in particular Hydrology), communication and public administrations who have elevated well-being into a system that allows better quality and appreciation of life.

The meeting “Living in Wellness” is promoted to allow special events hosted by guests qualified to inform about science, food, sport, entertainment, medicine, thermal water and about those locations that have used “Wellness” to better the quality of life.
The exhibition area allows visitors to appreciate all the achievements made by Institutions, Companies and Science towards new technologies, quality of services and new approaches towards a new culture of well-being. The meeting, unique in kind both in Italy and world-wide is promoted as a free thinking space and open to debate. It has been promoted by the association “Insula Maior” which in Italy is made up by public advertisers, professors, journalists, students and private consultants engaged in well-being
The exhibition will be divided into six exhibition areas: • Nutrition • Water • Fitness and sport • Publishing • Medicine (that will also contain a section dedicated to alternative cures) • Relaxation

During the event, CERAM, the European Centre of Mineral Water Research will confer its Second European Prize for Mineral Water Quality. This Prize results from the scientific study of all the qualitative parameters of mineral waters bottled in Europe. The nearly thirty parameters considered, such as the hydro-geological conditions, the chemical and physical characteristics, the well-balanced quantity of elements, the compatibility of the bottling firm with the environment, will determine the choice of the First European Water for Quality .
